Returns Policy
RETURNS:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then you may return it. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of receipt for full priced items and 10 days for sale items. If more than 14 days have gone by since you received your order ( 10 days for sale items), unfortunately we can’t accept the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original labels and tags intact, and must not have been used, worn, or carry any odours such as smoke/ perfume/pets, or have any marks such as make up or fake tan. Shoes must be in their original box and packaging, and the soles must be clean, free of any marks or scuffs, and not been worn outside. When trying on shoes, please ensure you do this inside, on a carpeted area.
Any item received back which does not meet ANY of these conditions will not be accepted as a return and will be sent back to you.
Original postage costs and return postage costs will not be refunded.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Earrings are exempt for return for hygiene reasons.
To complete your return, please enclose your name, email address and order number.

Please ensure this information is enclosed with your return. Failure to include this will result in a delay in processing your return.
REFUNDS
If your purchase was made through our website then you are eligible for a refund if you meet the above requirements. Items purchased in store are eligible for exchange or credit note as we provide a free styling service and items can be tried on to ensure they fit and are suitable for purchase.e If items are returned in person you may choose to exchange them or receive a credit note. If returned by post then a credit note will be issued to the email address provided. Once your return has been received, and your return is accepted, we will email you to confirm we have received it and it is being processed. Your refund/credit will be processed within 14 working days from the date of this email acknowledgement. All refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note if you used a voucher to pay for your order, then the refund will be reissued as a new voucher. No cash alternative will be given.
HOW TO RETURN
YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR RETURN BY EMAIL TO : [email protected] stating the reason for the return and item/s you are returning.
Please return to: Frocks in Swing Time, 151/152 Fore Street, Exeter, Devon, EX43AT.
You are responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. We recommend using a signed for or tracked service to return your item to us, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

I visited Frocks In Swingtime to purchase two outfits for the weddings of both of my sons.
