Frocks in Swing Time is a much loved family business, set up due to a love of all things vintage, especially fashion! Hayley set up Frocks in Swing Time after trading successfully at vintage fairs and festivals. Together Hayley and Gary moved to Devon in 2018 and opened their beautiful shop on Fore Street, Exeter.
